Czarina's Policies

BOOKING POLICIES: If you have any previous cosmetic tattoos, before booking an appointment you MUST send Czarina a picture of your previous work. You can send photos through her email, Instagram or facebook messenger. If you show up to an appointment with previous work that she cannot work over and have not told her about ahead of time, then your deposit will be lost in the case she cannot work over it.

DEPOSITS: A $183.75 non refundable deposit is required in order to book and confirm an initial appointment. There is a $105 non refundable deposit to confirm a 1-3 year touch up appointment. Your deposit will go towards the total cost of the service you have booked for. The deposit is non-refundable for any reason. If you decide to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be lost.

PAYMENTS: Be prepared to pay for your appointment DAY OF procedure. Czarina does E-Transfers or Cash ONLY. If Czarina has done the work and the payment from the client is late, $30 is added onto the bill each day until payment is made. If Czarina does not receive proper payments, small claims court would get involved.

RESCHEDULING: If you wish to reschedule, 72 hours notice is required to reschedule your appointment. You may reschedule your appointment one time before the deposit will be forfeited.
The deposit is non-refundable. If you arrive at your appointment with a conflicting issue that you have not yet communicated to Czarina (skin conditions in the area, old work done else where, etc) the deposit will be forfeited, and the appointment will be cancelled. If you wish to reschedule, the new appointment MUST be rescheduled within 72 hours of cancellation/reschedule. If we do not have a new date already set and scheduled by 72 hours, the deposit will be lost, and the appointment will be cancelled. You will have to put down another deposit to book again.

NO SHOWS: If you do not show up to your appointment or cancel same day, you will be charged 100% of the appointment. A new deposit would also need to be put down before being able to re-book an appointment.

ARRIVING LATE: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be cancelled, and the deposit will be forfeited. If you would like to reschedule, a new deposit will be required. Please plan your schedule accordingly to make it to the appointment on time. If you are going to be late, please Email or message Czarina before hand to let her know. If it’s under 15 minutes she may be able to continue with the appointment depending on her schedule with the next client.

TOUCH-UPS: Are NOT included in the initial appointment price. Touch ups will be a separate fee that covers supply cost and ranges depending on how long it has been since the last appointment. Prices are on Czarinas website and it is up to the client to look and know prebooking costs of procedures.

Healed Results:
Every client heals differently, and many factors can lead to varied results. Results are extremely dependent on how one heals and will vary with each individual client. Every client will need a touch up at some point to maintain or perfect their results. The recommended time frame for the first touch up is 6-8 weeks after your initial session, then once annually following that. Specific results or color requests for tattoos are not guaranteed. A specific desired result may take multiple sessions to achieve.

-If you breach the policy, arrive with a contradiction, or pay a deposit before reading through the website and you have a contradiction, your deposit will be forfeited, and your appointment will be cancelled.
