HOW TO BOOK

Czarina likes to manually book clients in as each procedure consists of different time lengths. You can email, text, call or message her social media platforms. This website has a "Book an appointment" button on the top left of the screen. This will take you to email, where you can then send her a message asking questions or to let her know you would like to book. She will get back to you ASAP.

Booking Process

Deposit

To book an appointment you need to contact Czarina, let her know what you're interested in, then set up a date and time. She will require a payment of $183.75 for each procedure booked. This deposit is non-refundable but does come off of the total day of.

Day of Payment

The day of your procedure is when you would pay the remaining balance due. This is whatever amount is left after the deposit is taken off the total. Czarina is an E-transfer only business. Payments are to be sent before appointments, or immediately after the session.

Touch Up Payments

6-8 week touch ups are a separate payment. This means the initial cost does not include the 6-8 week touch up. Please read through the price list before booking. After the 6-8 week touch up, you will not need another one for 1-3 years.

What is a deposit for?

Please know that any monies sent to Czarina are fully non-refundable. Deposits are to hold your spot and ensure that you are serious about wanting an appointment. Just like any type of tattooing / service a deposit is security for the artist in the case of a no show or a last minute cancellation. This means the artist is at least going home with some form of payment for lost time. Czarina does offer one reschedule of an appointment, as long as she has 72 hours notice. The deposit will transfer to the next date and time. After booking an appointment, you will receive a full polices form to read over.
